Worst software for the best appliances
Miele is still number one for me in home appliances but could I redo it, I’d buy some without the “smart” functionality.
Using this software has been nothing but one frustration after another. Crazy thing is I don’t know how Miele manages to come up with a new cause of excruciating digital agony with every so-called update. Newest bright idea is that I have to decline a request to spam me with newsletters every time I open the app. What were they thinking!?!
“Hey, it’s been 4 hours since he started the last wash. Maybe he changed his mind so let’s ask him for the 526th time this month if he wants an email.”
Miele, I’m looking forward to seeing what crazy random error or bright idea you guys are gonna put in after you’ve fixed this one.
Appen er bestemt ikke tysk kvalitet!
Vi oplever ofte at appen ikke virker pga. teknisk fejl, eller service. Derudover logges vi automatisk af. At tilkoble vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine er en besværlig og langstrakt proces, der kræver flere forsøg. Vi har opgivet at få opvaskemaskinen koblet på appen. Det er simpelthen for anstrengende.
Når så appen virker, er programmerne laaaaaang tid om at blive læst ind…
Godt at maskinerne virker upåklageligt.
Stadig en håbløs app
Og virkelig ikke specielt ambitiøst af Miele som man ellers kunne forvente. Vi købte en række Miele produkter, da vi blev lovet smarte features. De features er alle stort set uanvendelige. Mad genkendelsen er en joke. Det er er snarre reglen en undtagelsen at den genkender noget. Og den starter allerede når man tænder ovnen. Altså inden man har kunnet åbne ovnen og sætte noget ind. Genkender den endelig et eller andet er det som regel forkert. Og selv ikke pizza kan den genkende og komme med er fornuftigt program til. Opskrift delen som var det vi ligesom købte produktet på er endnu engang tilbage i en engelsk version. Den danske er over alle bjerge. Det er hvad man kan kalde falsk varebetegnelse og skulle vi vælge om havde vi ikke været i nærheden af at købe Miele. Udover en række problemer med ovnene har softwareunderstøttelsen været stort set været en fiasko. Hvorfor skal vi eks se på en app med en masse informationer om kaffe maskiner, opvaskemaskiner og vaskemaskiner når nu vi ikke har de produktet men istedet deres helt vildt overvurderede komfur med tempcontrol, som man burde have forventet at app’en kunne indstille, da man nærmest skal foretage promptprogrammering for at indstille den. En værre brugergrænseflade er det mange år siden jeg har set. Mit råd er : HOLD JER VÆK FRA MIELE!!!!

Error 500 for over a year now!
Really poor app
This app is utterly unimpressive. It’s features are far below the potential it has, and there are so many bugs. Such as giving you the wrong user manual. But worst is that it randomly stops working or removes appliances from the account every few weeks/month, and it’s a pain to get it back in working order. Miele needs to get its act together..
Ingen service
App til vores relative nye ovn har efter en opdatering nu ikke virket i flere måneder. Jeg har henvendt mig flere gange til miele, der har lovet at ringe tilbage. Flere uger er gået, og der sker intet. Dette er altså dårlig service. 👎
