Do you want your networked home appliances to always be up to date with little effort? No problem - thanks to our RemoteUpdate function. Available software updates for your Miele domestic appliances are automatically available and can be installed upon request.
Consumption Dashboard - Transparency of usage and consumption data
Keep an eye on your water and energy consumption at all times. The Consumption Dashboard displays your water and electricity consumption data after each cycle, offers tips for a more sustainable use of your dishwasher and washing machine, and provides a personalized monthly report. Приобрел одну из самых дорогих в линейке стирально-сушильную машину, оказалась бракованной, уже четвертый месяц жду решения проблемы, мастера не способны решать проблему на месте!

Не возможно подключить технику через приложение. Техническая служба безмолвствует. Может пора проснуться(
Программа не видит подключённый прибор
После успешной процедуры подключения программа всегда видит прибор (сушильную машину) как выключенное устройство. Не удаётся их подружить.

после обновление пропал ассистент стирки !! это было очень удобно моей жене зачем убрали ??? с вай фай усе как у всех постоянно отпадает от сети подключается когда сама захочет ))
Does not do what it is supposed to
I have 6 Miele WiFi devices at home. Application is glitchy and I can not start anything from this app. Example: I paired dish washing machine: it stuck several times, it is not obvious but I found a way to finish pairing it only after I manually changed WiFi network. Next - when I turn it off and then on again - it says it want to pair again, choose language etc. You cancel it - and after that it became workable. Next - I want to start it using mobile start from this application. It says - make schedule - ok, I assign time to start “now” but it does not start! And I can’t change start time - field is not available. I guess “now” does not work because it’s already passed. I don’t want to wait for tomorrow... Beside, status does not show anything ч only wait icon (after application restart became ok). Please, Miele, You position yourself as manufacturer of great devices - hire good usability professional for your application. If you can’t find it - I am ready to help you free of charge to make your application better.
The level and quality of the app does not correspond to the level of the brand
I used this app for washing and dryer machines. And I’m going to use it for cooktop, oven, coffee machine soon This app allows to connect devices and see the current status. However, it doesn’t give a possibility to control it (to start, stop, etc) For example, while the washing machine finishes its task I get the message on the phone and watch. But I have to stand up and go to it and press the button to turn it off It would have been a lot better if i could turn it off or on with my phone. moreover, sometimes during the process (washing or drying) i can’t see it’s current status. Miele - is a TOP level brand Please improve the app to match modern trends. Thank you

Несколько дней пытался подключить посудомойку, но безуспешно. Машинка подключается к сети, далее ее это приложение не может найти. Работа отвратительная! Никому не рекомендую покупать технику с беспроводным подключением компании Miele. В техническую поддержку тоже писал, но там молчат. Сумасшедшие деньги заплачены за машину, и такое плохое сопровождение. Ещё через неделю я ее таки победил. Взял дополнительный роутер, с настройками по умолчанию, проверил чтобы на нем выход в интернет и через него подключил все. Как оказалось приложение не может найти устройство если к одной WiFi точке подключено больше чем 2 устройства при добавлении нового прибора к аккаунту. Общем ещё та проблема была с подключением.
Очень плохо
Невозможно подключить приборG6997. За такие деньги столько проблем. Никогда больше не куплю технику Miele.
