Stupid and useless
I don’t need recipes from my washing machine app, filled with useless features.
What I want to do is start and turn off my washing machine, which the dumb app won’t let me do after i accidentally turned the program on for one second. Now its just stuck on cancelled with no option to restart.
Maybe focus on what the user needs to do with an app instead of what you as the company want to sell me - apparently more detergent and laundry machine recipes.
Recipes? From my washing machine? Really? Wtf are you smoking?

I can not find my internet when i try to connect it
Not working
All devices disappeared from the app and not able to add them again, nor with WPS or bluetooth. Claims technical issues. Some software update went really wrong…
App doesnt find my devices
When trying to connect Miele-app with devices connected to the router (all have ip-addresses and in the same 2,4 GHz network) the Miele-app still doesnt find them from the wlan - neither when using the ip addresses on the Miele-app when error message says ”No Miele devices were found from wlan”. Then is says, no Miele device was found from that ip… or so… Error code 3.3.7. Have tried resetting the Home@connect from the machine… Also using static ip-addresses for both (iphone and the Miele device).
Started to logout
Just after one day use with the new washer the app started to end the session and threw me out right after relogin. Not reliable at all!
Bad user experience
App doesn’t remember the password and it has been done so that password manager doesn’t capture it either. Password recovery doesn’t work.
Unreliable (sadly)
Quite OK otherwise but requires frequently logins.
Handy app, specifically being able to see time remaining
Took multiple attempts to initially set it up, but after easy and handy to use
All devices gone
Feb 7th there was a forced update to the app. We had to log in again and now all our devices are gone. Trying to get them set up again is pretty much impossible.
Not impressed at all.
Crashes
Trying to connect washing machine, app crashes when trying to connect.
Updated 1.10.2022 after app update app is not crashing but getting error code 3.7.17
