I am very pleased with this (finally)working app version. It paired very easily. One useful option would be, and it would be great if you consider this feature for your next version - to remember the currently selected settings of a washing cycle, with a name, so it can be used later. I have this option on my machine, and I love it, it saves me time.
I don t have a store button on my app.
When you pay more than 1500 EUR on an appliance you don’t expect to try connecting the appliance to wifi for over 4 hrs and not having success. 🤮🤮
Dear developers. In the app there is a message that a firmware upgrade is available for my washing machine but no button or option to go further on update! What is this? How can I get the update? My washing machine is a WCE670 and I have updated the app and the Wi-Fi module! The last firmware was on 10.07.2020.
The App simply does not work. The appliances get connected to WiFi but it fails at the step where the appliances are claimed to the user account.
Am avut pe un iPhone 6 aceasta aplicatie dar in versiune mai veche și avea asistent la uscare. Cea actuala nu are asistent la uscare. Pentru mine este dezamăgitor și de aceea nu pot sa-i dau mai mult de 2 stele
The washing machine is the best, the app is almost the worst. Different errors to every phone. Cannot connect 2 phones on the same washing machine. And so on. 3 days to connect the phone to the washing machine.
I don’t find an option to set the app language! The system language is not always the desired app language! Please add an option to choose the app language. Thank you!
I have a washer dryer machine and I can parry it and it works for like 1 day and after that it shows that it is offline even if the machine is connected to the internet and says that miele home is enabled, i f I would like to use the app I would have to remove and add the appliance again which makes the app useless. I can’t even input my address as it just presents an error toast. Good stuff
I must say product is excellent , but for some reason App wouldn’t connect via router with WCR870
