The worst travel agency; my flight date has been changed (flight to attend a wedding) and no one from the agency wanted to help with this; even if the airline told me that the travel agency just have to request the refund to them and then refund me. The only answer was : if you want to attend your wedding, please buy another ticket because apparently the fact that my flight date has been changed is a minor change !!!! Complete Scam !

I booked a return flight ticket to Bali, with departure on 02/10 and return on 05/10. Right before my departure, I received an email stating that the return flight had been rescheduled to 02/10, which was before my departure. They asked me to book an alternative option, and when I chose one that required an additional $200, they later informed me it was sold out. I requested a refund, but after a long wait, they responded saying they couldn’t provide one. This experience with this app was extremely stressful, and I had to spend double the amount to book a last-minute ticket. The money I spent was never refunded. I believe the reviews for this service are fake. Please don’t use this app—it’s a scam. I will definitely file a formal complaint against them, as this company should not be allowed to operate.

I have never given anyone review but this agency, so unethical. They kept cancelling the flight I booked saying the price increased twice and never got any booking right. Denied to help me as I didn’t pay them Extra money. WORStttt,

Scam agency and app. Do NOT use!

Kiwi has been the most unreliable platform for booking tickets. Due to my visa expiration, I had to leave Australia within a specific timeframe, and I booked my flight accordingly. Unfortunately, my trip was canceled twice, which left me extremely disappointed and placed me in a very stressful situation. I filed a refund claim, but it has been almost two weeks, and the money still hasn't been credited to my account. To make matters worse, there is no clear point of contact for assistance. This entire experience has been overwhelming and frustrating.

Worst app ever I have booked my ticket and it’s been more than 12hrs but I haven’t get any confirmation and I already paid for that. I can’t even contact them only because it doesn’t shows any booking in app.

Kiwi.com is an extremely unprofessional travel agency. They initially lure customers with slightly lower prices, but then pile on various additional charges. If you don't read the terms carefully, you won't realize that Kiwi.com will almost never provide any service in almost any situation. They unilaterally change your flights and force you to pay exorbitant fees. Even if you call customer service, they will rudely hang up on you and refuse to help. I have already filed a complaint with the government authorities.

I booked a ticket for my elderly parent to travel to Australia from Africa. They decided to split the airlines which will mean they have to do self transfer after paying $6200 dollars. Now 24hours before their flight, I am told they will need visas for two of their connecting flights for self transfer. I have been calling them to assist with the transfer process given that my parents are old and may need help. I was promised that a manager was going to call me and it’s been 24hours now, no call back. I call back multiple times and I am left on hold or they just hang up as soon as they see it’s me calling again. How are companies like this allowed to operate? Extort money from people and offer no help. I haven’t slept for the past 24hours with the thought that my elderly parents will be stuck in country they don’t know with my wedding just a few days to go.

They don’t take in consideration the money you put to lock a price, soo you end up spending the same money as if you haven’t locked it, that’s just a scam

If you don’t want hassle and don’t want trouble then don’t book your flight with kiwi. Kiwi is the WORST airline experience i have ever had in my life. To be honest, Kiwi is a scam. I don’t even understand how they are operating business and Scamming people, but the related authorities don’t stop them.
