This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. It comes with an app for Apple Watch helping you discreetly change programs and adjust volume (when within Bluetooth range).
Just a note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

• Mute surroundings for better focus
• Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional
• Check battery levels
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Opn™)

• Find your hearing aids if lost (requires location services always turned on)
• Access app support and troubleshooting solutions
• Meet your hearing care professional for an online visit (by appointment)
• Adjust streaming sounds with streaming equalizer (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya)
• Adjust sounds around you with sound equalizer (available for Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Real™ models)
• Track your progress with HearingFitness™ feature (available for Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Real™ models)
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV Adapters, Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip
• Connect to and adjust an Auracast™ broadcast (available for Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Zeal™ models)

You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.
App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.
For optimal performance, we recommend updating your device to iOS 15.2 or later.

Hopeless

Constantly disconnecting.

Call for help

I placed a email asking for help on Boxing Day not expecting any response until the festive season was over well to my surprise I not only got a response within a hour I was able to reconnect my aids thanks to the detailed response great app and a even greater team running it couldn’t recommend highly enough

Never works properly

Every time l want to listen to the tv l have to turn the phone off and onn again to get it to connect. I had Bernafon hearing aids before and never had this problem but had to change hearing aids to Oticon because bernafon stopped making the rechargeable batteries that were required for it . I was sold Oticon on the basis it would do the same as bernafon and it has not been as good at all

Not working

I try this every now and then to see my battery level and it just dose not work it is so frustrating they need to get this sorted ASAP

The app is rubbish

Never works properly a total waste of time

Retrograde update

The original app worked faultlessly. This update has serious connectivity problems, and provides zero improvements. Pointless. Will try to revert to previous version.

Problems pairing

My wife and I both use Oticon 1. Since iOS update the app will only work for either set of aids. Getting the app. working on the other pair of aids results in interference between each other’s settings

Hearing aid

My hearing take forever to connect then when they do it go off I wish the app was better or make different hearing aid it so annoying

Pairing

Easy to make contact with, very quick response with various options to my problem, all sorted out now great customer service support.
