How are there bad reviews with this app? It’s awesome!! I absolutely loved the app and I used to use it a lot of times and it was fun!!! I can’t wait to review this!!!

App does not connect hearing aids to phone when they come out of the charger. Phone must be shut down and restarted every morning in order to connect. Then during the day, if you have to make an adjustment to the hearing aids the connection has inevitably been lost and the phone must be restarted again. Despite their being within 3 feet of each other all day! The bizarre thing about it is that the old app worked fine. Thankfully there are other options for hearing aids. Won’t be Oticon next time!

The app doesn’t log my wear time consistently. Sometimes it will connect to my hearing aid but won’t record the time and then other times it will connect and record the time perfectly. At least once a week I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to record my time. Please fix the app!

The review by Winter Wollies pretty much says it all! Oticon On was very functional. I’m very disappointed with this app.

For me and my hearing loss I need the app, to work consistently. I have to trouble shoot it all the time for varies reasons. Best way I have found to get it to work is not the suggested ways by company but to delete app for a minute or two and then download again. However this is time consuming and embarrassing when out in public. I am ready for new hearing aides but it won’t be Oticon because they can’t fix the bugs.

Worst app ever. Keeps interfering with my iPhone software. And the hearing aids are absolute rubbish. Don’t waste your money on this lot.

I didn’t totally love the Oticon On app, it had some issues, too, but this one is so, so, so much worse! It’s hard to believe with the available tech and the price we pay for hearing aids, it can still be this bad. It is almost impossible to go an entire day without losing connectivity. Every.single.Day. As an iPhone user, I have come to expect high standards would be upheld, but this is beyond disappointing. More than just frustrating at a user interface level, people with hearing loss are unsafe in some settings without this kind of needed support. Get it together, Oticon! The hearing aids themselves are great, but this app has to go!!!

Cannot get the app to pair with my hearing aids….. changed batteries, changed wax guards, done everything suggested in “Troubleshooting “ which doesn’t work. Tried going back to Oticon On - which had one little difference with the new App - IT WORKED! At first opportunity, going back to Phonak!

Wow!! Your immediate responsed to my email, gave me the information I needed on how to use the locator. Within one hour I was able to find my hearing aid in a gravel parking lot. Thank you for your diligence, and for the prompt service, which was excellent advice, and led me to finding the lost hearing aid. You are awesome 👏

This app rarely works. The old app worked great. I may switch to another brand of hearing aids if they can’t fix it. Terrible app it never connects.!I also am switching brands,to much frustration. Junk don’t buy these.
