Oticon Companion provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalize your listening experience for any environment, find your hearing aids if they become lost, get remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.
The Oticon Companion App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.
With Oticon Companion, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)

Waist of my time with this application
Every time there is a new os update on my iPad Pro, the connectivity and pairing is very difficult to set. For the cost of these hearing aids, the apps should work a lot better. Poor help from instruction given on Oticon site. I don’t recommend this apps.
Oticon hearing aids not pairing to IPhone
I have tried for the last 40 minutes to get them to pair. Delete the app and reinstalled multiple times. Turned my phone on and off. Each hearing aid has paired separately but not together. I have followed the troubleshooting instructions multiple times. There isn’t clear support on next steps passed that and I wonder if there is a glitch in the app.
App keep switching to streaming
I like this app to control my Oticon hearing aids, however I set the app to General surroundings and throughout the day it switches back to streaming for example when I get a text or notification pop up or email. Sure if I’m doing something wrong, but this can be particularly annoying.
Constant issues with the app
When I want to check for available use on the batteries, the app shows they are disconnected. When I go to the TV to livestream, only one hearing aid is shown as connected. If I want to waste more of my time I’ll reboot my iphone 14 & maybe I’ll be able to adjust volume on both sides. This is frustrating to use & whoever programmed this app, should maybe go back to school. Unsatisfactory, edpecially considering the cost of the hearing aids.
Problème nouvelle application Oticon
J’ai désactivé l’ancienne application Oticon et j’ai seulement des problèmes avec la nouvelle application, je voudrais revenir à l’ancienne application et ça ne fonctionne plus. 😂😂😂😂
L’application va très mal, ça ne fonctionne pas du tout.

This is the worst experience as the app has never connected since the update which is a year old…..someone at the company really nice to get their act together….absolutely pathetic
Keeps disconnecting
If I leave a room or am away from my iPhone for a couple minutes, the connection gets lost and I need to pair the devices again. That means turning off my device, closing the app and restarting. Really annoying.

Do not purchase
The TV adapter shorted out a $1200 top-of-the-line LG TV and they blame it on the TV manufacture for goodness sakes.Within three months when hearing aid stopped working and now approximately 11 months later it will not start working again and the app will not recognise either hearing aids so I cannot turn them on or adjust them. From the comments on here and the real people I have talked to this is not hearing is anyone should buy
