Unreliable
Under iOS: Had to reinstall the app 4 times in 24 hours. Loss of connection with my hearing aids, unsuccessful reconnections.

Oticon Companion provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalize your listening experience for any environment, find your hearing aids if they become lost, get remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.
The Oticon Companion App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.
With Oticon Companion, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech when you need to focus on conversation.
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer*
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the HearingFitness™ feature*
• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters or devices, such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone
* This feature is available with Oticon Real™ and Oticon Intent™

Developer is ignoring feedback
It’s been months and the dev hasn’t released and update to this garbage app. Please let us use the original app. Is it possible to report this to Apple to get it removed from the App store?
Worst new app
App not working at all previous app worked with no problems. why change something if it was good ???
Worse app ever
I am so frustrated with the way this app DOES NOT PERFORM in any way close to the Oticon On app. Can I still use that app and just take this one off completely!!! 🤬
Connecting
Doesn’t connect then when it does it loses connection when charging even though aids connect iPhone no problem

This new app doesn’t work as well as the original one keeps dropping the connectivity and is very slow ,please repair or re Wright it .
Oticon Companion
Oticon Companion is a very bad replacement for the Oticon On app. It continuously loses connection with Bluetooth and takes a long time to reconnect compared to Oticon On. Please allow your customers to go back to Oticon On or PLEASE fix this rubbish app. The hearing aids are absolutely great and are let down by this bad Oticon Companion app.

Does not work as well as the previous App. Keeps losing the pairing to my IPhone. I have to reboot my phone to get it to pair again. Then sometimes only the left will connect. I have removed the app. Please reinstate the previous version. As the saying goes: “If it’s not broke don’t fix it” Terry

Most frustrating App! Constantly looses its pairing! Shows wrong battery status! Says 80% even without a battery in the hearing aid! No sound! A stupid developer!
New app
Looses connectivity with my iPhone and needs constant pairing no good and old app not available
