Oticon Companion provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalize your listening experience for any environment, find your hearing aids if they become lost, get remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.
The Oticon Companion App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.
With Oticon Companion, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech when you need to focus on conversation.
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer*
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the HearingFitness™ feature*
• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters or devices, such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone

De oude app werkte veel beter maar ze bestaaat niet meer. Men beloofd beterschap maar er veranderd niets Had ik dit twee jaar geleden geweten dan had ik een ander merk apparaat gekocht Peter VE
Geen volume regeling
Ik kan het volume niet regelen via de app ( iPhone 13 Pro Max.) Bij de vorige versie van Oricon app ging dit wel.
Hoorapparaat
Werkt slecht de nieuwe app verbinding valt steeds weg nieuw is niet altijd een verbetering
Rampzalig
De apparaten worden gekoppeld maar al even rap terug afgekoppeld . Iedere morgen gesukkel om deze toch maar te kunnen gebruiken. Oude app. was stukken betrouwbaarder. Er is nog werk aan de winkel . Patrick

This app is crapp. I cannot use it. PLEASE go back to previous one which worked satisfactorily.

Spijtig te moeten te moeten vaststellen dat de kwaliteit van Oticon app ondermaats is. Voor een gewaardeerd merk Oticon is dit niet te begrijpen…Nieuwe apps worden voorgesteld als een verbetering, gebruiksvriendelijker ,….Hiervan is in de werkelijkheid weinig of niets te merken, zelfs in tegendeel !!! Betreurenswaardig !!

Tout à fait mécontente de cette app . La précédente a toujours été parfaite. Celle-ci bugge constamment. Ne reconnais très souvent qu’un des 2 appareils ( une fois l’un, une fois l’autre). Grrrrr
Oticon Companion
Werkt niet optimaal! Werkt eerder niet dan wel! Altijd wel een kant die niet werkt en de voorgestelde oplossingen werken niet! Zeer teleurstellend want kan nu mijn hoortoestellen niet regelen. Erg frustrerend!
HearingFitneess is verdwenen!!!
In de nieuwe app is er geen spoor meer van de functie HearingFitneess, die volgens de handleiding in “Meer voordelen” moet gevonden worden. Zeer teleurstellend, dit is geen upgrade maar een downgrade!
