1. Misleading advertising: - Transferring money to Cards do not arrive in minutes. - My money just didn't arrive. 2. Refusing to cooperate: - The customer support representative "Ilija" didn't answer my questions or refer to the short, clear, and concise concerns I raised. - They refused to take any action to solve the problem. 3. Not taking any responsibility: - Paysend didn't take responsibility for the subsequent money loss they caused me by not complying to their terms. 4. Blocking communications: - "Ilija", the CS representative, rejected my request to escalate the problem. 5. Emotional distress: - Dealing with Paysend was painful.
I made a transfer from Israel to my account in Brazil, but I didn’t receive nothing. The money left here, but it didn’t show up there. The transfer number is 6616856900. I just want my money. Thanks

Hi, I'm coming here to see if someone can solve my problem! I made a transfer using the PAYSEND application on 07/21/2021 Only unfortunately I got the money recipient's account data wrong, after a few days, I contacted PAYSEND who asked me for the recipient's bank statement proving that he hadn't received the money and so I did, I sent the statement to paysend! But even proving that the money had not been credited to the account of the person who was going to receive the money, the company told me to look for the bank manager and so we did! Once there, the bank manager said that the money had been reversed on the day of receipt, July 22, and that we would look for the company to receive the money back! I went to paysend and reported that the manager of the bank where the amount would be credited had said that the money had been reversed because the data was wrong, but PAYSEND insists that the money was credited to the account, which doesn't do any sense, because the data was entered wrong!! I've sent 17 emails and I've been talking to the support staff since 07/28, without any success!! I don't know what else to do to get my money back, because the PAYSEND company insists that the money was credited, which didn't happen at all and I've already tasted it!! Can someone help me?
