Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m doing a verification process for 2 months one thing after the other and I still can’t send. I’ve sent all documents even my card number they asked and still not enough to prove it was actually my account. I’ve decided to use other services WorldRemit verified my identity winthin 5 mins and I can finally send money again
I was fascinated how fast and cheap the transfer was. I was suffering from swift transfers and having very high fees due to intermediary /correspondent banks. Seemingly paysend already solved it and I think soon they will be one of the biggest players in transfers and above all international transfers! The only note for developers or product owner from my side is: Please make account details available so that we can share it with third parties like companies to pay our salaries or universities to get scholarships just like revolut or wise. Thanks beforehand Your work is highly appreciated
I just downloaded app and trying to enter my account and it’s says “account is frozen”. Wonderful. I can’t get in touch with support because only chat bot is there. The worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time.
Very bad service, very bad customer service. I try to transfer Money to a friend , they took the money from my account and they never transfer it to my friend , after a couple of hours they sent a notification that the payment was not successful! I tried to speak with them so at least I can get my money back but they never answered and never refund me back, so I had to speak with my bank to follow up with them on that. I really don’t recommend this thiefs, I lost my money my time shame on u Paysend

I couldn’t use my Azerbaijani card to send money to my Hungarian card. Please fix this issue. Other than this everything works perfectly.
The client can not choose the euro account for some countries as recipient:( only usd and national currency are available. Euro is one of main currencies as well, please strongly consider it and try to add this currency as well to the list of recipients’ currencies. Particularly i am talking about Azerbaijan. Thanks in advance.
