Very easy to use, but unfortunately I can’t provide my family back home in our occupied republic by Russia. The restrictions aren’t doing anything towards the president, but are directly hurting the poor people who are going through hard times because the whole world is now turned against them in a war they don’t have a say in. I’m disappointed and sad, that you’re taking away this opportunity from people. Now I can’t even help my family with money. Sad
Fail to help in sending money to Ukraine
I tried to send money to help a friend and his family to get a way from a war zone in Ukraine, but because of Paysend ridiculously long process in verifying my documents! My friend still stuck in Ukraine and can’t get to Polish border! And customer service chat that Paysend claimed 24/7 support, took more than 24 hours to answer! Painful service

Здравствуйте снова. Пишу тут уже второй раз. Я скинул фото нужного документа,но реакции так и не было. Я написал опять в службу тех поддержки,но и там гдухо(она у вас вообще работает?). Жду обратной связи и решения проблемы. Спасибо

Отлично работает
Сегодня сделала первый перевод в Украину - всё прошло быстро и понятно. Деньги пришли на нужный счёт в Украине в течении 5 минут. Перевод был в Приватбанк. Минус в том, что Приватбанк снимает комиссию за этот перевод. А в остальном всё хорошо. Очень рада такой возможности - дёшево и быстро.
