Paysend Money Transfer App

I made a transaction last Nov 26 until now not yet received by the recieptient I ask them but still invistigation to there partner very irresponsible application and also useless customer service… only they will make promise but it’s not they try to make scam us.

Nobody reply my complain and no one want to help me.

before its was very convenient, for almost 3 years using this app, now need to update and more hustle sending documents, for what u charged us everytime ? No makes sense

Do not use this app! You will lose your money. You will not receive your hard earned money!

In the beginning it was so amazing but now my god always delay super duper delayed!!! Now this apps is very dissapointing imagine i have 3 transaction since april 7 not even 1 have been received till now my god paysend payit is way off better

The application is ok, I use it pretty often for small amounts to transfer from Russia to Philippines. However 1 of my remmitance (1000 US dollars) was lost and the support team didn’t wish to investigate this case. They just sent me to the bank-receiver ... which had no any record / information about this remmitance... I messaged Paysend many times, so they just stoped answering my emails. So they took their commission, most probably earn money for conversion....and didn’t check if money are REALLY credited and informed me it is my problem and the problem of my bank and they were not going to investigate the “magic” money disappearance. Be careful with this system don’t send big amounts of money

It's the best application I have ever used in UAE, when it comes to sending remittance to my family in the Philippines. I was at doubt at first, since the Application is too plain, but I gave it a go! And then, I'm super satisfied. In just an hour, the money was successfully sent to my family. ❤️ Thank you Paysend!

big fee 171 tubles for 500 rubles transfer

Привіт, я встановив додаток але не можу зареєструватися каже що за моїм номером телефону раніше була зареєстрована інша людина. Я вводжу дату свого народження, а мені пише помилка. Я так розумію що в базі цієї програми рахується інша людина за моїм номером телефона. Як мені вирішити це питання?
