Don’t use this application!
This application is awful. Sent a transfer 1.5 months ago and receiver was not able to receive it due to their error, and they didn’t return me money!!! For 6 weeks I have been waiting for my money back and send them emails but what I received is just “we are working on your ticket”. For how long I should wait my money back??????

Why Paysend doesn’t refund my money
This money remittance Paysend company is a ripoff I used them to send money to my family back home in the Philippines for $609.69 and never they never delivered and they’re telling me the recipients is unable reach and this company Paysend lied to me,.. theyd told me that my bank declined to accept my refund back and I asked my bank why,.. so my bank answered me and told me to me the bank never declined any clients refund,. So this PaySend is scammer they don’t even answer any of my complaints and hasn’t answering my questions why my money is not refunded yet and has almost a month now. I would say this the whole thing is bad customer service and is unable to talk a real person. I been your customer for quite sometimes now and lately you guys scammed me and I will more advertise your bad service if this thing is not settled.
