Paysend: Money Transfer App

This company helps by all means to scammers. After complaining ab scam, they does not take any countermeasures. Also doesn’t rerun money. So dear developers, shame on you. It’s pathetic that you need to earn your living at others expense. Hope you’ll soon be done.

If you are planning to attach any card to paysend be sure you set up minimum limits and better not to use your private card at all. They stole a lot of money in 8 transactions from my bank card without my approval !!! Money disappeared without any history record even in paysend applications. Bravo, you act like thieves. Please, Apple, block this scammers app in app store!

For almost a week I can’t get help from anyone from customer support on where my money disappeared. In paysend app it says that transfer was successful, but recipient didn’t receive anything. Customer support is barely responsive, not friendly and not helpful at all. They write on the web that they will reply within 24 h, and i couldn’t get from them response within this time. I had to write them 3 times until someone responded. I dont see any willingness from their side to help resolve the issue. They say that since their system has labeled a transaction “successful” then it’s not their issue. But you are handling people’s money, you have to investigate what is going on and not just reject a customer in need. This is the worst service I have ever used in my life and don’t recommend it anyone.

The system never works properly, I couldn't even reach the money sending limit, they canceled the transaction, they constantly ask for bank account verification and personal verification but they haven't responded to the documents I sent for 2 days, I am never satisfied, I am a victim, my money has still not been transferred to my bank due to the cancellation process.

Here’s the English version of your review: I am extremely disappointed with Paysend’s service. I tried to complete the verification process for over a month, and it was an absolute nightmare. They kept requesting a huge number of documents, which I promptly submitted. Then they started asking for the same documents again, showing a complete lack of coordination on their part. Responses to my inquiries were extremely rare, and the verification process kept dragging on with no clear explanation. In the end, instead of resolving the issue, I received an email stating that my access was restricted! No reasons were provided for this decision. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I do not recommend Paysend to anyone!
