Pls if you are just new to Paysend or you about to use Paysend pls don’t use I have my funds $63 on Paysend for over 4 months now but still can’t withdraw from it, also contacted support buh not replying me

I can’t withdraw my money from Paysend in Nigeria have been trying all possible best to get the money out it’s not working it’s not working for online shopping why pls
Paysend is so trash
I regret using this app already at first it was working fine and all of a sudden I make a transfer and it was hold on payment proccced in 2days the money was sent and it happend again it’s been four days now my money it not sent and they did not refund my money back to me I have been trying to reach there customer care non are responding to me and I will never recommend anyone to use this app it’s trash and trash customer service I regret using the app
Have not received my money since yesterday
I don’t think I enjoy this app at all,I introduce this app to someone and the person send me money since yesterday but have not seen it
Reasonable rates
From my recent experience, Paysend has the best rates. The speed of transactions is also reasonable. Sending money to Nigeria has never been easier. Keep it up
Serious complain
I just sent money from my CAD account to a Serbian account and the money delivered but few minutes later the person I sent it to got debited the exact amount I sent and the money wasn’t refunded. Where did my money go?

Am trying to creat an account but when am filling my detail the app will hook and stop working I don’t know what to do
