Het belletje kost bijna niets maar je betaald je blauw aan het abonnement als je de bel effectief wil gebruiken voor wat ze dient. Foute aankoop. Geen mogelijkheid om de beelden naar je eigen NAS te sturen.

Hello, I recently bought a new iphone and since then the Ring app doesn’t function anymore. When I want to login, I get following message: 406 not acceptable. I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing changed. When I open the app with Chrome I can login within the web-version but it sends me automatically to the app and which gives me again the same notification: 406 not acceptable. Very disappointed as I cannot use the device anymore! I am a Belgian dutch speaking customer. Do you provide a dutch speaking helpdesk?

300Mb of bloat (and tracking?) without essential quick access to most used alarm functions like Arm/Disarm via Widget or iOS Shortcut? I may as well uninstall and switch to web interface - and access my account from Safari and Arm/Disarm.. as this app gives absolutely no advantages over web interface - yet it "costs" 300Mb of space... Please hire developers who know how to code :)

I’m nog able to login

Live feed disconnects automatically after 10minutes, no workaround possible, manual reconnection necessary. Please fix in new update! Also the talk back function works but with a robot voice…

Lorsque l'on veut transférer le Protect Basic d'un device a un autre, on perd l'historique. Et le support Chat vous éjecte en pleine discussion. Je pense que l'on est bien mieux chez Nest
