They did not update the system for the longest time keeps in getting frozen, not worth the money! Instead of updating it they removed the best feature.

I never knew buying a new phone would prevent me from being able to sign into my account even though I signed in with my username and password. They require a verification code but they never send it. Then they say do the verification ID. So I go there, first click, “your time has expired.” I email them, nothing. Worst update! No, it no longer works at all on my iPad, iPad is using latest update and using the latest version of Ring that I deleted and reinstalled, but still constantly freezes and won’t respond to any touch at all! Please fix this!
