I get the ring after the movement and the voice never clear , understandable, and it doesn’t record all the movements indicator .

Overall it’s fine but the camera sometimes doesn’t get the motions properly and the recording doesn’t include all the history (maybe just couple of days). But for security purposes for family it’s doing fine (the the live is not showing so you need to wait until it’s logged in)

اشتريت 5 كاميرات رنج (3 ثابتة و 2 متحركتان) من شركة اتصالات (الإمارات) وبعقد إجباري مدته 3 سنوات يتم خلالها تقديم خدمة الصيانة واستبدال الكاميرات المتعطلة مجانا، ولكن هناك سلبيات كثيرة: 🔺أولا: لاحظت أن الكاميرات لا تسجل كل شيء ولذلك تفوت المشترك أمور مهمة كثيرة. 🔺ثانيا: هناك مراقبة على من خلال الموقع الأم وقد عرفت ذلك عندما تعطلت إحدى الكاميرات واتصلت بالشركة الأم وهم يوجهونني لعمل بعض الخطوات للتأكد من حالة الكاميرا وبخاصة حين كانوا يطلبون مني الخروج للوقوف أمام الكاميرا وهكذا. 🔺ثالثا: لديهم تقني واحد من باكستان يغطي المنطقة التي أنا فيها اسمه السيد تيمور وهو يحتاج إلى وقت طويل لكي يأتي لحل المشكلة ومعظم أوقات زياراته قبل المغرب بقليل أو بعد المغرب وهي أوقات لا تناسب الجميع. 🔺رابعا: ذات يوم تعطلت عندي الكاميرا الخارجية (وهي أهم الكاميرات) وظلت معطلة لعدة أيام وقد ذهبت شخصبا وسجلت شكوى في شركة اتصالات (فرع عجمان سيتي سنتر) بعد أن يئست من تسجيل الشكوى هاتفيا، وأيضا تأخروا عليّ كثيرا وبعد ذلك بأيام ذهبت إلى فرع اتصالات (فرع بن سوقات) وطلبت إلغاء الخدمة ولكنهم قالوا لي عليك أن تدفع مبلغا يتجاوز 4000 درهم لكسرك العقد، فاضطررت لتغيير رأيي وانتظار التقني ليصلح الكاميرا وذلك لأن المبلغ الذي طلبوه أعلى بكثير من سعراء الكاميرات الخمس في أمازون. 🔺خامسا: سألت أحد المختصين في الأمور التقنية عن كاميرات رينج فقال لي مستواها عالميا متأخر مقارنة بكاميرات أخرى أكثر فاعلية وأمانا وأقل سعرا. 🔺سادسا: من خلال تجربتي لا أنصح باستخدامها وإذا قرر أحد استخدامها فأنصح بشرائها مباشرة من أمازون دون التورط في عقد مدته طويلة، ويمكن معالجة أي خلل من خلال الاتصال برقم الشركة المجاني ولكن عليه الانتظار لبعض الوقت حتى يتم إصلاح العطل.

ادفع شهريا لشركة اتصالات وجودة الفيديو جدا سيئه مقارنة ب كميرات MI ووكبناها فقد لحفظ الفيديوهات لمراجعتها وانا ف العمل ومراقبة الخادمة مع طفلي! ولكنها لا تقوم بتسجيل كل شيء و تفصل كثيييييراً جداً اثناء المراقبه وسافرت لمدة ٩ ايام واكن بعض الايام ووقت الوصول عند اطفائي لها لم تسجل ابدا دخولي المنزل 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
