Can’t Sign Up
Well no matter how good the app is I can’t use it because the sign up captcha won’t load. I tried restarting my phone and change the internet (both where 200+ mbps.) 👎🏼👎🏼 Maybe it should be a warning since even the privacy policy is already awful! And there’s no Arabic (according to other reviews)
Verification Code Issue
I’m residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia when I decided to purchase the Ring Protection Plan. But I exited KSA last month and I cannot longer use my Saudi mobile number. I tried to sign in again but it asked me for the verification code which I wasn’t able to receive since my Saudi number is not working anymore. I really wanted to sign in, to check our cctv in Riyadh since we’re in the Philippines at this moment. I tried to call the Saudi customer service but seems not working as well. Also the ID verification is only available in US and Canada. Please help me update my new mobile number so I can access our cctv.

The app don’t have Arabic language when you will have it. We are waiting for that.
