Cant use live view anymore on the app… have to use Safari. Please solve.

Useless notifications !!!
When someone is ringing at your door, the app on the phone should provide a notification with much more impact than just a regular notification like any other one. Look at what Arlo is doing. When someone rings at the door, it simulates as someone is calling at your phone. It rings like an actual phone call and then you can answer and talk (and see) with who’s at your door. How hard can this be????
Disappointed app
Listen the customer’s forum request. Nobody cares about the customer’s support.
Legacy video mode
Not possible to switch legacy video mode, cameras are useless with Homebridge. Shame shame shame, this is just evil to quietly switch to new video codec
Poor support
A lot of requests on the forum and support teams doesn’t work on some solutions and listen the customers. I will sell my entire system and find a good alternative
Contact Sensor
I buy Contac Sensor 2nd Generation and the new app update do not have an option for add this device.
Avoid Ring in iOS
After years of the promised HomeKit support, users are still waiting with low expectations it will actually happen. For obvious reasons, support an ecosystem that is not Alexa does not rank high with the Ring team. I’m slowly moving to Netatmo which has HomeKit and HomeKit Secure Video support. If you’re on the Apple ecosystem, AVOID RING!
Lacking HomeKit support still
Please had the removed option for live preview notifications when the app is open. HomeKit support still missing is ridiculous at this point.
Worst support ever. App with lot of problems. Avoid.
Worst support team i ever seen. Someone should explain to this people what a costumer is. App with several issues. Avoid at all cost.
