Ring - Always Home

He comprado cuatro cámaras con batería, y la última no me funcionó. Intenté entrar a la página de Ring y el soporte que ofrecen es un desastre. En el Chat dicen que no pueden atenderme, dan un número telefónico que no funciona, me cansé de intentar arreglarlo y no pude solucionarlo.

Yo digo que es una buena apps por lo que compras y todo te sale súper rápido y en vivoo!!

Es un sistema muy complicado, no es amigable, no es recomendable y no estas comprando nada porque siempre dependeras de ellos para ver tus videos!

Where I can change dome siren’s ring tone and the volume sound?? The last version of this app said that this works!! 😡😡

Ring currently has shows a separate volume slider between rings and Alerts however it doesn’t work. It doesn’t let you select the volume independently for each one which is a huge shortcoming. We should be able to have the ring on the chime at full volume, but have the motion alert on the chime be at a different volume setting.

Be careful it becomes a facebook app, every minute you will receive alerts about I saw a cat, coyotes, snake & is this a fireworks or gunshot. And your options is to turn off all alerts or listen to this all day. Have a security camera is way better and cheaper than ring app.

I want an option to turn off “Best of Ring” and the spam of videos that are now being placed up. I use this to keep an eye on my area, not have it try to be Americas Funniest Home Videos or TikTok. Make this optional, otherwise you’re turning this into garbage no one asked for. It’s bad enough kids are using Ring to report fake events and shootings.

Download was quick, setup was easy. I have but one complaint, I don’t own the doorbell, and my customer was unavailable, and doesn’t even have a ring account yet. I would hope to see a one time access for setup feature so contractors such as myself don’t have to set up an account, go through the full setup process, and relinquish control of the device just to do something as silly as testing the interior chime.
