Snooze options across all devices should be easily accessible and directly from the dashboard. Snooze should also be integrated in Modes as well. User should be able to decide which devices to snooze based on the mode, and not necessarily disable or enable only.
The worst doorbell I’ve ever bought or used. I’ve a year subscription with no recording for any event in front of my door!!!
I bought Ring 2 device from the States and arrived to me after 2 months with no working camera, live view is always saying it cannot connect to my mobile. Please don’t tell me its internet issue cause my upload speed is 8mb and you said minimum should be 2mb, so its not an internet issue it is your app and cam Complete waste of money
The live view does not work properly on iPhone 7. I have contacted Ring support and they could not solve the problem and started to point out to other factors like internet connections which is ridiculous because the “Live View” works fine on devices other than the iPhone 7 like Windows PC and HTC mobile. If the issue is not fixed, I will probably return the device as it is not reliable for my case.
