Helps me alot.
App says it’s a free trial and they will alert you before the trial is over to cancel the subscription. The app did not alert me and instead charged an entire years subscription for $70 instead of the monthly charge as it said. Shady subscription practices. Also, it doesn't actually tell you anything. The trial did not help me improve my sleep patterns or help me feel more well rested or energized. All info this app gives you can be obtained from Apple health app. I want my $70 back.
I did the trial back in July and just got charged $70. I don’t even have the app on my phone anymore and it’s not in my subscriptions. Not happy.
Dont spend money on this app it will steal 60$ from you
I’ve been using Rise for a bit now, and like many users, I’m incredibly frustrated with the $69.99 yearly charge for what is essentially a basic sleep tracker. It’s insane that an app with such limited functionality is priced so high. For starters, you have to manually edit your sleep time each night, which defeats the purpose of having an automated sleep tracker. And to add insult to injury, they automatically charged me for a full year without any notification that the trial was ending. Now I’m stuck with this overpriced app for an entire year. Compared to other sleep apps, Rise feels incredibly outdated and underdeveloped. It lacks the advanced features that other, more reasonably priced apps offer. On top of that, the alarm function is a hassle—you have to keep the app running in the background for it to work, and you can’t swipe it away. This is a huge inconvenience, especially when you’re trying to streamline your phone’s background processes. The fact that there’s no option to try the app for a month or even six months is absurd. You’re forced into a year-long contract right off the bat, which feels like a trap, especially considering how limited and frustrating the app is to use. I would not recommend this app to anyone—it’s simply not worth the price.
So the app itself I feel like would of really enjoyed, but I work thirds. And from what I could see it doesn’t really let you track your sleep hours during wake time hours.. and it wasn’t accurate enough for me based off my crazy sleep schedule. Again I feel like maybe if I had a normal sleep schedule I could of liked it more? Maybe need to tweak that and make it easier for 3rd shifters. I downloaded for that reason and I couldn’t even get use because it wouldn’t work with me. So I wouldn’t recommend if your working nights. Regular night owl that goes to sleep at 12-3a it could probably still work with you.
Buena app
I found the apps predictions helpful, I definitely felt much better after my free trial… but I can’t afford $10 a month 🤷♀️ I wish it was cheaper..
Genuinely helped in fixing my sleep schedule however it gives you all the information you need in one day. My recommendation is get the free trial and then after a day or two cancel it you’ll have all the information you need.
Love it
