RISE offers auto-renewing yearly subscriptions to provide unlimited access to all premium features. There’s also a limited-time free trial of 7 days to explore the premium features for free. A Paid Subscription (or free trial) is required to access the content of the app.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your App Store account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Go to your Profile or App Store settings to manage your subscription.

Extremely frustrating waste of money

I almost never write bad reviews, but I’m really unsatisfied with my experience so far, especially considering the cost of the product. I have trouble keeping healthy sleeping hours, which is why I purchased this app. The app will consistently just assume I am asleep if I am not on my phone late at night. It will then automatically add sleep time to the log that CANNOT BE DELETED. Once a sleep event is logged, the app will not allow you to have less than one sleep event. Furthermore if you decrease the length of the sleep event to its minimum value, you can no longer edit it at all. Also if for any reason you want to log or move a sleep event to the future, it will break all sleep tracking for the night. All this culminates in an experience where I am constantly fighting with the app before and after sleeping to get it to track properly, which is making me sincerely regret purchasing a subscription. I purchased my subscription through the app (via apple) as I assume almost everyone will, and there is NO WAY TO GET A REFUND. The Rise documentation points you to the apple refund platform, but the app itself has not been made available for refund requests. Ultimately, a very unpleasant experience. Purchase with caution.

overall satisfied but there is a bug re: dip

hi! i am in trial mode and overall - satisfied with the app but everytime i press "afternoon dip" and try to add activity to my calendar function - the afternoon dip page wont go away... i tried rebooting my phone but still the same! i would love to pay for for this app if it wasnt for this error... can you help?
