This useless app does not connect or find any device at all.

I can’t uninstall the app. Only remove it from Home Screen. I tried connecting my Galaxy Buds2 Pros to this app, but it doesn’t detect it. Now I am trying to find away to remove this app from my iPad.

Absolutely no app support in iOS. What a shame, these things are amazing.

If you get the FE version you have no app support connecting is a hassle on certain devices and the case opens way to easy lost one earbud walking around my neighborhood and have zero ways of finding it now.

Let’s not get me started on the earbuds themselves since this isn’t the place for it. Been using these for a few days with my iPhone 12. Wasn’t happy with a few things. So I downloaded this app. And it can’t even find the earbuds. But I can connect to them just fine without the app. Just delete the app. It is worthless. Thank god these are just a loaner pair from a friend. But at least they work fine without the app. Come on Samsung. Your own app cannot find your own headphones. Weak!

If you own an iPhone and attempt to use this app, it will be absolutely worthless. It does not work for iPhone because iPhone wants you to buy their product.

Are Galaxy Buds2 not compatible with this app? BT to iphone is not a problem, but the app doesn’t detect the buds (fully charged, in the case). If Buds 2 aren’t meant to work with the app, as some reviews mention since these aren’t the “+” version, then can someone tell me how to use ANC? ANC is clearly advertised for this product. I’ve already performed troubleshooting steps as advised in the reviews, such as those provided to Rebringhurst12. 1 star. I’ll change if someone tells me how to enable ANC.

Bought the galaxy buds 2 pro but there’s no app compatibility on iOS. This app hasn’t seen an update in 2 years and it’s sad to see how little the developers care about their product and customers.

Wasn’t even able to find devices even though the app says devices are nearby but when it scans can’t find my galaxy buds +. I’m literally listening to music on them and the app can’t find them. Trash app that they clearly stopped updating or caring about 2 years ago

I own an iPhone 15+ and have been struggling to connect my Galaxy Buds Pro 2 to this app. The instructions say to leave the case opened and to hold on both earbuds while they are in your ear for three seconds, and a noise will appear. I have been repeatedly doing it for the past few hours and the noise has been going off but it still disclaims “Device not appearing?”. I hear the beep that lets you know if your advice is ready to pair but it still wont show up. Please help me out on this Im just trying to be able to skip songs without going on my phone! edit: i jus realized u cant even connect the pros to this 💀 mistaken it for the + option…
