Written on 11th of August. Ordered a card 40 business days ago, card was not delivered (while estimates in their app show that is should take no more than 15 business days), asked to re-issue the card and for such an inconvenience hoped that the shipping costs would be on them, which they declined, and simply want me to request a card once more, and if I want something with a tracking link, I need to pay additional fees which they can not remove. That is completely ridiculous as the card should have been shipped to EU (which does not take even a week under normal means), and company is unwilling to cooperate or cover their own faulty means of delivering cards. Written on 20th of December. After the story above, ordered a new card, which I have not received as well. Recently clarified with them will I receive it till NY, to which they have simply voided card. I went to tickets to clarify about possibility to send it with tracking, to which I have received an answer and they have closed the ticket. When I opened another ticket (as in that system you can not reopen in), that I am willing to receive the card with tracking and perhaps for such long story they can do it using their will, once again a not so intelligent robot has answered me that I should order it and no any mention of it being a tracked parcel or anything like that. In terms of application, it is a good one, in terms or customer support - it was a most unpleasant experience so far.

It very bad transfer!I have it!

Every time i try to withdraw money or make payments block the app and could use the app only after docs reconfirmation. Couple of times it was very unpleasant moments.

Пополнила счёт приложения, что бы пополнить баланс на игровом сайте, операция не возможна! Но и проблема в том, что сейчас деньги эти вывести с баланса skrill не возможна. Они вроде бы как бы есть, но в том же время их нет. Либо оформить перевод с 5 евро комиссией. Чата поддержки вообще нет. Крайне не рекомендую.

You can deposit or receive money at any time but can’t use it - all transactions are rejected! So money is frozen - you can only watch the balance. I even ordered prepaid MasterCard to get money but also isn’t possible. Support just answer that problem is with my browser etc. and no any help from their side. The worst paying app I have ever tried!

Prepare to send in all you can, coz if can’t they will keep your money!

I cant withdraw cuz they dont accept my documents!

Написал в тех поддержку,уже неделю нет ответа. Работа с клиентами здесь на самом низком уровне. Банк НЕ рекомендую!!!
