Utter failure
It’s truly amazing how a company with so many resources is able to utterly fail at making a simple app.
Embarrassingly horrible
Just glitches upon glitches - total waste of time
Lousy app
Almost every second time the app can’t connect to the headphones even though I can use the headphones through Spotify and other apps
Lacking customisation
So disappointing that it’s not possible to customize the touch controls my WF1000XM5

Godt når det virker, men det er for ofte at det ikke gør. Appen vil ofte ikke forbinde og hopper af og på. Ikke besværet værd.
Speak-to-chat sucks!
Why wouldn’t you put an option in the app to permanently turn it off? It turns itself back on constantly. Also, the app generally sucks.
doesn't allow you to turn off features you don't want
app doesn't allow you to turn off things like speak-to-chat being activated and also doesn't like to connect via app. I have to manually connect the headphones in settings before the app even tries to connect. The app tries to connect to some pair of headphones that don't exist. Although i like the sound control system, very good. That's the only reason i rated it higher than 2 stars.
Microphone can pickup nearby speaking noises clearly
Why the 1000xm5 headphone even when ANC is on with is picking up my colleagues voice who sits next to me when i am in a teams meeting. Its so annoying that i always have to mute and unmute my microphone 1000times during the meeting.
Only left ear Sound
This app males the headphones only usable in one ear at a time, so why would they sell Them as a pair
