The latest update is not letting me be heared when I make a call to someone. I can literally hear them but when I try to talk, they cant hear me on the other line.
Crashing
I can’t buy the headphone because this app keeps on crashing. I wanted to explore what this app can do before buying it. I’ve installed the 16.2 iOS update and the app is still crashing.
Cannot control ANC levels in XM5

can’t use it on my whch710n
what use are these headphones when i can’t even adjust it? i don’t even understand it because it’s in JAPANESE. why does it not include whch710n?? this is frustrating
UI needs improvement
No offense but the UI looks like it's been stuck in 2016. The overall color scheme should be more of a "sony" vibe. I don't think orange fits well with your branding. And the app icon looks like a default samsung app icon. I see UI redesigns of your app on Pinterest that are much better.
Battery drain issue
After a firmware update for WF-1000xm4 there’s a battery drain issue on my headphone! I cant use my left earbuds fix this asap!!!
Need another update
In the latest version the battery level of my wireless earbuds doesn't update immediately.
New update doesn’t work
Your new update on ios doesn’t work. I can’t connect my sony on my ios. It’s not searchable anymore on bluetooth not like before. But in other devices it’s searchable and working. Smh. It’s disappointing. Kindly, fix your app asap.
Widget
I hope that the option to add a widget (quickly control NC, Ambient mode, and off) would be available soon in iOS.
