Edit: Updated review as below issue resolved. Unable to proceed from the Welcome page. When I tried to load the End User License Agreement, the error “Cannot connect network” keeps appearing. I’ve tried changing to different networks (WIFIs & Mobile Datas), uninstalling & re-installing application as well as restarting my phone several times, but the error still occur. Hope you can resolve the issue soonest. Thank you.
Cannot check the “I read the above contents (EULA) and agree” because the app says “Cannot connect network”. Therefore I’m unable to press the “Start” button.
Tried a few times to connect headphone WH-CH520 to app but failed. Already updated to latest iOS, reinstall app, restart phone and all still cannot. Customer service also not very helpful👎🏻👎🏻 Please fix this issue ASAP
Sony Linkbud-S is expensive and shiet connection earphones! No quality! No consistency! There’s always a one sec disconnect! And that’s suck for a quality brand which is not at all! Wasted my $$!!!!
If only the NC/AMB button double tap can be select to OFF the touch sensor control panel.

I changed my phone recently, then I try to connect it with my new phone (14 pro) but cant find the device. Before this, there is no issue with my old phone (11). Please fix this issue & I really appreciate it.
Sony headphones apps always lose connection to iphone..
Is it just me or the feature where we can check the current sound pressure is gone after updating the app? It REALLY helps to monitor safe listening activity while enjoying songs :(
