Terrible and annoying experience
The app is just pure garbage. It works, but always spaming you with unrelented notifications, popups, and tips.
XM5 connection issue
It's not connecting to my XM5 although I'm listening music on it via my phone, so there is definitely an active Bluetooth connection.
Login
It is impossible to login, always get server error
Not working for iOS
It’s not working for iOS. Every time I try to add the headphone it’s starting to load and then takes me back to the main page and explains that I need to turn on the Bluetooth. Can you fix this? It’s really annoying.
Ios error
It’s not working neither on my ipad neither on my iphone so I’m kind of mad because i can’t use this app. Could you fix this problem?
Can’t connect to wh-ch710n
4,5 rating?! Sony must have ordered all software developers to upvote this app. Seriously headphones can’t even be recognized by the app. Like a chinese headphone from aliexpress
MX4 devices page empty
Lately the app doesn’t recognise the connected devices and doesn’t show them in the “Devices” page
Great but..Ipad screen support
I would be thrilled if you make an ipad version of this app. It’s 2021 and yet there is no ipad version.
WH-CH500 is not Round
Even the app does not find my Sony WH-CH500 headphone. The hf is properly working, just checked with an older iPhone and works. And also, you cannot search for your product within the app, so cannot use my hf with an phone. Is this really a quality product of a “tech giant@ in the 21st century??
