It’s Fine But
It isn’t available on my chromebook which is super annoying so they should do something about that.
Absolute garbage
Sony should be embarrassed because whoever did coding for this app sucks at there job. The convoluted broken steps I went through trying to create a simple account and continuously having to re enter information and getting nowhere is just pathetic. And why are the terms and conditions so intense. What are you getting people to agree to? Idk why everything has to be so difficult in this day In age but, I can’t sign in because this broke app won’t accept or remember any step past the one I’m on, so this is great. So much garbage tech out there and nothing is perfected, just continues to get worse.
Mise à jour défectueuse
Bonjour, depuis la dernière mise à jour, mes écouteurs Sony WH-1000XM5 ne fonctionnent plus comme avant. La fonction de Spotify tap ne fonctionne pas, l’arrêt automatique lorsque je retire la casque aussi et la fonction qui éteint le casque lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé non plus. Plutôt dessus pour un casque d’une valeur de 500$
Dual connection system is useless
The app is fine for checking the battery or changing settings. The dual device system is not good. If I’m listening on my phone and then dock the headphones, the next time I pick up the headphones they default to my computer. They should default to the last used device. I don’t see the point of the system. Iat easier to use Bluetooth settings than the app.
Noise
Nice quality sound but I also hate the system voice.
Unreliable
This app crashes as a matter of course. It’s unusually bad. Switching devices is so excruciating that I don’t do that anymore even though it’s one reason I got these headphones. I keep setting the voice sensor off, but it turns itself on so I have to make sure not to breathe out much or my music stops.
Cannot connect to network
Multiple networks tried. Application is unusable since you must agréés to privacy terms to use but it won’t load them. Many other reviews state the same problem going back years. Developers haven’t acknowledged at all.
The best ever
Just got my Sony WI-C100 today and it's not a surprise for me anymore coz i knew for sure when it's Sony 'The Best Sound Ever' no regret when buying Sony product the brand i really love since then.
Update: WH-1000XM4 apple app
This app is pice of junk. Takes forever too connect. The other stuff isn’t need just to connect too the Sony WH-1000XM4 Add iPad support would be nice too
