It randomly changed to another language!?!
App update is terrible
There must not be a competent programmer on planet earth, because every time any app updates, everything gets worse. I’m sick of it. The stupid earbuds connect when in their case charging now. Why? I have to click buttons to answer the dang phone. It’s burning up the battery. And more nonsense that I don’t want to waste time writing. I’m sick of apps. I hate them. I now hate Sony along with every other company on earth.
Tracking my personal health???
Sony will track your personal health per their agreement and will share that information so they can sell it. This either is illegal or should be. I will not use this app and I was going to upgrade my M3 headphones for the M5. I will not be doing that now… Bose will be getting my money instead.
Can’t connect to my headphone
I have a Sony wh710 and I have been stuck on the connect page for so long, I did everything it told me to do but it’s just not working
Not recommended
I did not like sony earbuds at all. Anyone who plans to buy one, should consider other brands. The mic is very sensitive and detect ambient sounds more than mine, I tried available settings but did not make any difference. I expected better performance. I tried to reach customer service for support and sent an email as well but no one responded or reached out to me.
IT WON’T LET ME ENJOY MY MUSIC
IVE TURNED OFF THE SPEAK TO CHAT SOOO MANY TIMES I UNINSTALLED THIS APP AND IT STILL TURNS ONNNNN idk what the problem is but im seriously thinking about switching to a different company if this continues it’s so annoying and frustrating
App okay
It is an okay app, but the “speak-to-chat” feature randomly turns on after disabling. I have probably turned off that feature about five times in the last year.
Customization is Great
You can change how the headset plays music entirely with this app, you can change the treble, bass, vocal clarity and everything. It’s just very cool lowk I like these better than airpods.
Junk
I've it makes the headphones harder to use. Confusing app. After trying to use the app. I can't use the headphones at all
