Please my WH-1000XM4 automatically stopped connecting to my phone and other phones too I tried, I tried using the app didn’t work it doesn’t go to pairing mode even when I try doing it, please I need your assistance, it’s just a month old and now I can’t use it at all…. It comes on it charges, the noise cancellation is working but the headset doesn’t connect to anything

The sounds seems poor when using it with an iPhone. Pls improve the sounds when using with an iPhone
