This is a known problem, there’s simply no way to switch between a Mac and an IPhone on the xm4. The only way to be able to switch to the iPhone is to disconnect the Mac. The most annoying part is that on the app that is SUPPOSED to let you switch between devices, there isn’t even an option to switch manually without disconnecting one!
I’m never going to buy another Sony product just because this app. It’s awful full of bugs and the HES account migration thing is a pure nightmare. Never I though I’ll actually pay money to get abused by non functional developers like the one in Sony. Go back making Walkman guys, no account migration there. 🤬

UI for such a large company could be much more clean and minimal. It is confusing, messy, and I could definitely make it better. Information density is too high for such an emotional personal product.
It does not start
The app is working great, the UI is fast and responsive and the headphones connect well and quickly. It’ll be great if you’ll add an iPad support so I’ll be able to connect my headphones to the iPad and don’t mess up the settings…
