Audio drop out frequently from left to right.

WF1000xm5 audio cut out from left to right so frequently. Updated to latest firmware 3.2.1 states improve Bluetooth connectivity but the problem still persist. So disappointing.

App is completely useless

I can’t even use the app cause it keeps showing "cannot connect to network error" on the welcome page, even tried it on my ipad still has this problem, tested it on my mobile data didn’t work. Searched up on reddit still nothing, it only showed other people having the same problem since 4 YEARS AGO it’s absurd, and there’s still no solution. I just bought a Sony-XM5 yesterday you can’t do this to me sony…

Cant access app features

The app doesn’t let you use a lot of major features without logging in. And the logging in functions do not work smoothly on the phone. Additionally, it doesn’t allow you to just log in to gmail but you need to create a sony account as well. I feel like all this hassle could have been avoided and that would’ve made the user experience a lot better. Very disappointed.

XM5

Sound cancellation super . Sound quality way better than my AirPod Pro 2 . Battery was disappointing initially, it seem to drain pretty faster on one side . However after i did a reset and it seem to be working fine now ,finger cross . I gave my AirPod pro to my wife and I am happy with my XM5 😁

Superb EQ with intuitive customisation

Wow, fun & easy to use. This is probably the best out there as far as UX, EQ customisation & user design are concerned. Sony got it right. 👍🏻

Need a revamp

Useless app.. cannot connect most times. And its got a stupid app badge/ icon that is perpetually there for no reason and nothing seems to get rid of it. Why put an icon badge without any reason to? Developers need to wake up. Such a simple app with so few functions and they can’t get it right.

Unable to login Sony account

I try to login to my Sony account through this app is can’t be login. Even I try to forget password but doesn’t receive email. Whereas I try login from Sony website able to. Kindly help to solve it. Thanks
