No possibility to sign in
Can’t sign in to Sony account on activity tab from few months. Every time I get error: „An error has occurred. Please start again from the beginning.”
Where is Ukrainian language ?
First of all, why the app doesn’t have Ukrainian language in 2024, nowadays mostly all languages you can find in different app. The second, problem with notifications, when you received notification, the volume decreased and you can’t do nothing.
Sony MDR-ZX770BN
App doesn't work with my Sony MDR-ZX770BN :( Does not recognize my headphones!
Cannot connect network
Unable to start application. Unable to read and accept the terms and conditions
Does not work
Freezes on privacy term screen (cannot connect to network). Is this really Sony? No name brands apps seems to be more trustworthy.
Please fix it
The app says it couldn’t connect to the internet although I have internet. I can’t change the listening settings in of my headphones now and I’m stuck with heavy bass settings and I can’t do anything about it :(

Apka bezużyteczna.
Aplikacja chińszczyzna, wszystko po niemiecku, nie ma nawet eng. nie wspominając o j. polskim! Jestem na nie!!
I gave up
I wanted to use the app with my new Sony WH-XB910N. First thing i realized - the app is very poorly translated to english (from japanese I assume). The second thing - I needed to sign up to a sony account, and I couldn't even do it in the app, it opened a browser to do it. The problem is, the browser inside the app was crashing and reseting the process, when i needed to verify my e-mail. I was able to make it through this step, but then it turns out the app doesn't even see my headphones! I tried to remove them from the app, the app freezes when I try to do it. I wanted to add them as a new device to fix the issue - the app freezes. I was unable to connect my headphones. This app doesn't work and collects too much data...
