while trying to connect my headset through bluetooth while selecting the article nothing is showing pls update app Wireless headset CH710
Every time I open the app, there’s some popup which takes at least 30 minutes to load any text. This is irritating to close the popup every time I open the app.
Hi team, I’ve been using my Sony WF-1000 XM4 with my iOS devices. I did notice this bug where using multi-point connect increases volume while switching between devices or when I receive a notification. It doesn’t follow each device’s volume setting. It’s so annoying that the volume blasts in my ear when I switch between devices. I don’t know whether it’s a bug specific to iOS devices. Please fix it.
I’ve been using Sony 1000XM5’s for past two years or so. I’ve noticed that sometimes the headphones just disconnect on their own when I’m listening to some music or some YouTube videos. And there’s also the issue of “Speak to chat” feature enabling itself without my command on many occasions, especially after disconnecting and reconnecting the pair of headphones sometimes. I think many would appreciate added functionality of button gestures more if more options are available in the app. That would be all for my review.
ITS VERY FRUSTRATING
Unable to use app as is saying can’t connect to network when i start it. Tried on various devices and networks. Same issue across all devices

I have the WF-1000XM5 connected to my iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 17.4.1 and the XM5 version 3.0.1 but whenever I use phone calls/facetime on my iPhone the bluetooth kept disconnecting/reconnecting frequently from time to time which is unexpected from this flagship earphones. I enabled prefer the stable connection from the app and disabled the DSEE extreme but does not have an effect. I have already done resetting and initializing the earphones but does not help. I tried my XM5 on my iPad Pro’s facetime and I could get more than an hour without any disconnection. I believe the problem lies with the iPhone and the earphones compatibility. Please solve this issue at the earliest with an update ASAP! Thank you.
The app refuses to show the connected interface even when the device is actually connected via Bluetooth, it just appears at the first few seconds after connecting to the headphones n the interface doesn’t show the controls after sometime, it shows the connect button even when the headphones are connected (Device: WH-1000XM5).
