Tässä ei ole mitään turhaa. Voi luoda omia treeniohjelmia, joihin voi valita liikkeet, setit, toistot ym. Appi pitää kirjaa tehdyistä liikkeistä. Löytyy myös kätevä ajastin. Tähän voi myös kirjata omaa painoaan tai ruumiinosien mittoja. Yksinkertainen, mutta todella toimiva.
it's scaling wrong
Ilmainen versio riittää hyvin, tosin jatkuva Pro-version tuputtaminen ärsyttää. Käytän tätä kuitenkin mieluummin, kuin täyttelen Excel-taulukkoon lukuja treenin jälkeen.
I'll downgrade my previous rating to 1 star as at this point Strong is just paid abandonware. The app is really frustrating with AW as it's full of various desync bugs. Bugs that have been present for years and at the time of writing this it has been almost half a year to a previous patch.

I have tried lots of apps and well well: I have found *The One* now. Killer features includ showing previous reps x weight for each set and brilliant export in csv format allowing analysis in whatever other tool. Super flexible to modify workouts on the fly. And what not. Two wishes: 1) comments for each set and somehow show them as part of ”previous” and 2) show two ”previous” instead of just one.
This is by far the best training app. I have tested so many workout apps for progress and this is the best one. The app is very simple and very easy to use.
Overall really good, but wish you could edit custom exercises after having created them
Avoid at all costs! Forces user to log in before you can do anything. Absolute trash, avoid!
