I always hesitated to track because other apps and methods were cumbersome to use during workouts. This app was definitely designed with lifters in mind. It’s super easy to add exercises, sets, reps, manage rest times, etc. Using the app never distracts from the actual workout.
I use this app for almost 4 years and all I can say is that it helps me a lot in planning and making progress. It can be usefull for everyone.
I use it for more than half a year now and I have to say I really like it, because of it’s easy to use functions, simple ui, understandable ux, works like a charm and it’s price is quite good also. Thanks for the team!
I like this app a lot. It’s simple and can follow custom routines, and doesn’t try to teach me how to live my life in 56 simple steps. I’ve been running a custom exercise 4 times a day for two weeks now. Two small things came up: - burning 0 calories in a 5 mins intensive set feels less honest than what I’d expect. - being reminded about a pro subscription option 4 times a day feels like a patience test included, thanks 😉
I cannot stress how much I’m in love with your app. This is EXACTLY what I wanted. This app is for those who only want to log a g**damn workout without having to file a tax return to Finland. Easily start a workout? Got it. Easily add exercises on the fly? Got it. Auto plate calc and weight doubling? Got it. Clear, visible auto rest timer? Got it. Warmups, dropsets, failures? Got it. This app is leagues beyond on several others due to its simplicity. The devs have very carefully considered everything.
Love the app makes planning and tracking my workouts super easy. Huge selection of exercises with pictures and description. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone. (maybe in a future update i would love to see even more exercises)
a notesz appot használtam eddig, hogy rögzítsem az edzéseim különböző adatait. (melyik nap, gyakorlat, milyen súllyal, hány széria/ismétlés milyen pihenőidőkkel, tervezett/végrehajtott ismétlések/szériák) az app egy saját logika mentén próbálja rám erőszakolni a rendszerét, miközben a számomra fontos adatoknak csak egy részét tudom feljegyezni benne. kezdőknek jól jöhet, de ha komolyan veszed az edzést, inkább vezess rendes edzésnaplót.
I love the animations. It’s easy to use. Best app, if you setup the workout yourself and you just want to follow your progress.
I’m tracking weightlifting exercises and Strong is reasonably good for this. The exercise database have some missing ones. Though you can add ur own, I wish you could do it with pictures and that could share with others. Anyway, I dunno anything about the pro version. For basic fitness tracking, it’s very handy. Like the description of the exercises as well.
