Strong will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription or free trial period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. Subscriptions renew at the original price. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, but no refund can be provided for unused portions of the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
If you’ve previously purchased “Unlock Strong” or “Strong Combo Pack”, you’ll be able to use the Restore Purchases option in the app for access to all Strong PRO features.

Best app with excellent customer support
I’ve been using the app since 2015 and never had the need to find a replacement. With its simple but elegantly designed UI, tracking your progress in the gym has never been this easy! I also love how the customer support handles my requests.

I love this app..its very perfect for tracking my progress and if you dont know how to execute the exercise there’s a video tutorial for it.thats why app is so perfect 💯🤜🤛
Annoying!
Your App keeps sending me notifications of “not having enough balance to complete transaciton” when i never actually purchased or subscribed to your plan.
UI needs improvement
Overall experience is good so far. Simple and intuitive. As a designer, my only feedback would be to improve the interface a little bit. Some touch targets are too small and feels finnicky. Also needs to be a little more generous with microinteractions. Other than that, keep doing what already works.

This is the first workout app that I started with back 2017 and have not used any other.
Features that Strong does not tell you:
1. No shrills, no bs tracker—set, log, workout, rest, repeat
2. 80+ workouts + guides + create your own
3. Data analytics that HELP you, not just eye candy
4. Provides conservative caloric estimate in-app and synced to Apple Health
5. INTERFACE! Less buttons to tap, the better. Best UI in my opinion
6. No ads on the free version. Not even a nagging “buy me” ad. This developer just wants people to workout and be better!
7. Comprehensive historical weight progression record
8. Regular updates!
I’m on my 569th workout and I can say that without Strong app, I won’t be where I am at. I’ve been on the free version ever since and I’m planning to buy 1-yr subscription because this developer is just awesome.

Really love the app, just wish there is a “Friends” feature to motivate ourselves more.
Best Workout App
For me, it’s the best app for tracking my workout in terms of reps & weights of the plates and the best thing about this app is there’s a virtual demo of every exercise which is very informative to lifter like me. I really like this & will continue using it to log my workout. Highly recommended!!!
