Terrible App

This app sucks. Can’t do much. We’re only getting notifications for incoming visitors on the website however when they send a message, we don’t get any notification. Gonna be switching to Intercom really soon.

Shortcuts not working

The shortcuts on web are different as on the app.

No push notifications

I’ve installed it twice and I still don’t get push notifications when someone uses the chat. Loosing sales because of that.
