It’s really Awesome
Great app but lacking 2 important features
I would love to rate the app 5 stars but its lacking 2 very important features that might be useful for everyone. 1. There is no way from within the mobile app to create a new ticket from an ongoing conversation 2. Its great that tidio allows you to change your app notification sound but there are only 4 options to choose from and they all are longer than 10 seconds? Changing the app notification sound is crucial for people who want to know if the notification is tidio’s but not everyone will put a 27 seconds audio as their notification sound. We need more notification sounds that are just 1-2 seconds long like alert sounds.

Its the best in the market. But the fails to notify new chat notifications. We have to keep opening the app to check for new messages.
