It's not stable at all
I love Tidio, but its mobile app needs much fixing. Most of the times I can't reply to customers. It either shows "connecting" (which takes forever) or "open chat" (It already is open)

Hmmm
Was on the website reading about an AI Chatbot. Created an account, which prompted me to download app. It appears to be a chat client, but I’m seeing nothing AI Chatbot related, except for a few things that loop back to the website, then loops back to the app. Not sure where to actually use AI Chatbot. Can’t adjust prompt or flows. Not intuitive. Looks clean though.
