First of all, the app is great. A suggestion I have is to be able to switch between websites automatically when notifications come from particular accounts. It's annoying to have a notification from a different website and clicking on it just to lead me to the last website I was on and giving me an error message which leads me to having to switch between the websites and figure out where the new message came from. Thank you!

Your product is great. Pretty bad that custom notifications can’t be used on IOS devices. The long notification sound is vital for our business. So I am looking forward for you guys to have this released in your new version. Hopefully it will be done soon. Otherwise we’ll have to start looking for an alternative.

best chat app for websites

My husband owns his own home inspection company and added Tidio to his website. Of course just trying it out he purchased the lowest cost plan. It was ok for a while and then all of the sudden we kept getting notifications that users were on the website all night long. Nearly 100 a night! Come on man! So the package my husband bought allowed up to 500 visitors. So tell me why all the sudden this starts happening and then we get an email saying we need to upgrade because we have had 500 visitors. Someone working for Tidio has been going to our website almost a hundred times a nights for 5 nights at least. I would love to share the photos of my notifications so yall can see how crazy this is. You can’t tell me this is not a scam!!!
