Tidio is a very truly great app that offers basic livechat for free. Implementation has been very easy to make. The chatbot workflow didn‘t work for a couple of time when I tried on my computer.

Une application très pratique, interactive et facile à utiliser. Au top ! Il manque juste la possibilité d’avoir une pastille qui se mette sur l’application quand une conversation est en attente. Sinon, au top !

Super live chat sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Support für Anfänger wie mich. Ich benutze im Moment noch die gratis Version. Es funktioniert aber sehr gut. Bei der gratis version ist die Menge der Chats auf 100 beschränkt. Reicht völlig aus für kleine Unternehmen.
