My husband owns his own home inspection company and added Tidio to his website. Of course just trying it out he purchased the lowest cost plan. It was ok for a while and then all of the sudden we kept getting notifications that users were on the website all night long. Nearly 100 a night! Come on man! So the package my husband bought allowed up to 500 visitors. So tell me why all the sudden this starts happening and then we get an email saying we need to upgrade because we have had 500 visitors. Someone working for Tidio has been going to our website almost a hundred times a nights for 5 nights at least. I would love to share the photos of my notifications so yall can see how crazy this is. You can’t tell me this is not a scam!!!

Was on the website reading about an AI Chatbot. Created an account, which prompted me to download app. It appears to be a chat client, but I’m seeing nothing AI Chatbot related, except for a few things that loop back to the website, then loops back to the app. Not sure where to actually use AI Chatbot. Can’t adjust prompt or flows. Not intuitive. Looks clean though.

I am not throughly receiving online live, try and fix that. But very nice though
