It’s clean and simple, but subscriptions are not worth it. 1. Visiting users’ locations are not accurate! 2. The bot session usage policy is misleading: the bot doesn’t count per unique (IP) device per month, it identifies the same user (IP) as unique visitor multiple times and then the usage goes up (making you buy more bot session) was this intentional? 3. Lack of more and useful Zapier integration 4. No WhatsApp 5. Unreliable support. Their chat says we are online but the chat is handled by a bot At least add swipe for action on chats in the app.

I got Tidio chat and now stuck with it as I paid for the whole year. I wanted to get a chatbot, but they do not let you pick between monthly and yearly subscription and only allow yearly purchases. Also there are some bugs that I am able to find and report, but they some how cannot see them and it’s not fixed. Customers visiting are not correctly represented.

My husband owns his own home inspection company and added Tidio to his website. Of course just trying it out he purchased the lowest cost plan. It was ok for a while and then all of the sudden we kept getting notifications that users were on the website all night long. Nearly 100 a night! Come on man! So the package my husband bought allowed up to 500 visitors. So tell me why all the sudden this starts happening and then we get an email saying we need to upgrade because we have had 500 visitors. Someone working for Tidio has been going to our website almost a hundred times a nights for 5 nights at least. I would love to share the photos of my notifications so yall can see how crazy this is. You can’t tell me this is not a scam!!!
