Buena pero hay ciertos bugs
El auto corrector no funciona bien en el apartado de tickets, marca la palabra mal pero no la corrige de forma automática a pesar de tener activa la opción. No tiene modo oscuro.

Notifications are hit and miss
Sometimes they work sometimes they don’t this makes this chat app useless since yo have to be all day monitoring the chat list or you may lose conversation, Tidio is a good chat but notifications issues need to be fixed because it is very unreliable I won’t use it anymore until it gets fixed I’m glad I did not subscribe to the service and I won’t until it becomes reliable

He utilizado varias herramientas para soporte en mi sito web, la versión gratuita es suficiente e increíblemente buena para ser gratis, pronto cambiare a una versión de pago para tratar de apoyar este magnifico proyecto. Mi sincera felicitación a sus desarrolladores.

Muy útil, aunque igual requiere un lead manager para estar filtrando hacia cada asesor un turno, imagino que eso lo solicita la empresa. Es útil e inmediata, podríamos poner en nuestro sitio rangos de precio y así perfilar mejor? Les deseo éxito en su plataforma
